My name is Shane, I've been in the trades since I was 16, working as a laborer, painter, carpenter, and more. I've built and fixed all sorts of things, from mobile homes to water treatment plants. This hands-on experience is what inspired me to start Blue Collar Beans. I understand that blue-collar workers are America's backbone and I wanted to create a coffee that truly honors the hard work and spirit of folks like us.

But that's not all, we also support groups that help families of workers who've passed away and leaders who fight for better jobs and chances for us.
